**Power Generation Field Service Specialist** ============================================= Picture your workday starting in the shop with a quick review of service tickets, then heading into the field to bring critical power systems online. By mid\-morning you’re performing a load test on a commercial gen\-set; in the afternoon you’re diagnosing an ATS issue at a data center and wrapping up with clean, accurate service documentation. Throughout the day, you balance hands\-on mechanical work with precise electrical diagnostics—keeping customers informed and systems dependable. **What you’ll do (day to day)** ------------------------------- * Service, maintain, test, and repair generator systems spanning 2 kW to 3 MW in both shop and field settings. * Complete engine services; conduct load banking; test and repair automatic and static transfer switches; perform generator\-end testing and full system evaluations. * Troubleshoot diesel and gaseous fuel systems; perform both minor and major engine repairs. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and component faults using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. * Identify parts suitability, source and install replacements, and ...
