Description: **Oneida Professional Services (OPS)** is actively seeking a highly motivated, full\-time **M\&ST / CFD Student Services Specialist** at **Maxwell AFB\-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL**. This position supports Managerial \& Supervisor Training (M\&ST) and Civilian Foundational Development (CFD) programs through student support, administrative services, customer service, and classroom coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary liaison for students and program participants. * Manage organizational email accounts and respond to student inquiries. * Process registrations, withdrawals, completions, and student records. * Provide help desk support and basic technical assistance. * Support resident and virtual course delivery. * Assist with classroom preparation, setup, and teardown activities. * Coordinate annual schedules, electronic catalogs, and program updates. * Assist with travel\-related inquiries and course administrative support. * Support instructors, presenters, and students during training events. * Prepare reports and maintain program documentation.
