**Position Description:** Reporting to the Chief District Affairs Officer, the Executive Director of ASA and Compliance Officer is responsible for successfully coordinating the implementation of the Consent Judgment of March, 2008, the expectations of the “Final Settlement Agreement” in the Dandridge Desegregation Order of August 2, 2011 and the complaint settlement finalized on December 9, 2015, the admissions to and retention of students accepted into the advanced studies academies and magnet programs, facilitating parental concerns and complaints, in collaboration with school principals, as such complaints are submitted to the Compliance Office, and implementing Title IX procedures and protocols when potential Title IX incidents are reported.
