Key Holder / Shift Lead **Reports To:** Assistant Manager, General Manager \& Owners About the Position Hyper Kidz is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer\-focused **Key Holder / Shift Lead** to help lead our team and ensure our facility operates safely, efficiently, and professionally. The Key Holder / Shift Lead is a leadership position responsible for opening and closing the facility, supervising team members, providing excellent guest service, and supporting daily operations. When management is off\-site, this position may take on additional leadership responsibilities and act as the manager on duty. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, confident leading a team, and able to create a positive experience for both our guests and employees.
