Posting Description: **Aon is hiring for a Reverse Flow\- Account Executive/Broker for our Small and Medium Enterprise group.** **This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our Aon offices.** As an **Account Executive\-Reverse Flow** **with Aon,** you will engage with existing clients and pre\-identified prospects to ensure appropriate coverage for their needs and recommend additional solutions, where warranted. Each of your clients will be a US subsidiary of a foreign\-owned parent company, whose Global Program is managed and directed by Aon partners overseas.
