This role is responsible for overseeing staff, managing financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager plays a critical leadership role in developing employees, managing budgets and P\&L, ensuring equipment and operational readiness, and directing emergency response activities. This role also partners closely with Business Development to strengthen client relationships, secure new work, and expand market presence.
