**Position Summary** -------------------- The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Product Management is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of the Credit Union's consumer products and services. This role drives product strategy, market competitiveness, member experience, growth, profitability, and cross\-functional execution across deposit, lending, payment, and digital banking products. The AVP serves as a key leader in identifying opportunities to improve member value, enhance operational efficiency, increase product adoption, and support the Credit Union's strategic objectives.
