**Rotational Program \- Technology** The Tech Associate assists with recurring tasks across multiple areas of an organization's overall information technology (IT) infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of IT systems software, hardware and databases, data processing operations, end user technology. This job gains experience and an overall feel for the company and the financial services industry by attending meetings, delivering presentations, and exploring business\-specific tasks to better understand the organization. This job participates in a robust training and onboarding program followed by an ongoing speaker series, lunch\-and\-learns, and cohort engagement activities.
