**Construction Project Manager – Outdoor Construction** **Company: Curate Construction Group** **Location: Grapevine, TX — projects throughout Dallas–Fort Worth** **Job type: Full\-time** **Pay: $80,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and demonstrated ability Benefits: Insurance offered** **Work location: In person; field\-focused** **Reports to: Director of Construction** **About the Role** Curate Construction Group is looking for a Construction Project Manager who knows how to get work done in the field. You will lead crews and subcontractors, coordinate the work, keep a close eye on costs, and make sure projects finish on schedule and within budget. This is not a desk\-only project management position. We need someone who can walk a jobsite, recognize problems before they become expensive, hold people accountable, and give our Director of Construction a clear picture of where each job stands. Our projects typically range from $50,000 to $200,000, with some reaching $1 million.
