Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall successful execution of assigned construction projects, including financial performance, schedule adherence, quality, subcontractor performance, and project closeout. The Project Manager is expected to demonstrate ownership of project outcomes, proactively identify and resolve challenges, and maintain accountability for meeting established project objectives. ***Primary Responsibilities:*** *Project Leadership \& Team Management:* * Provide leadership and support for the onsite construction team as well as in the office. Support personnel to achieve an on\-time and on budget project, resulting in a successful project turnover experience for all parties. * Responsible for oversite and management of an on\-site Assistant Project Manager.
