**Preconstruction Manager – Residential New Construction** **Aventura, FL \| Full\-Time Engagement \| Monday–Friday** **Can you read residential construction plans, navigate the permitting process, and coordinate everything needed to get a custom home ready for construction?** An established luxury residential builder is seeking a **Preconstruction Manager** for **$4M–$10M\+ custom home construction projects** in South Florida. We're looking for someone with strong technical construction knowledge who can coordinate design professionals, permitting, scheduling, specialty finish material purchasing, and overall project readiness following contract award. What You'll Be Responsible For * **Construction Plan Review:** Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, identify design conflicts or missing information, and coordinate resolutions with architects and engineers. * **Permitting \& Approvals:** Coordinate building permits, plan reviews, resubmittals, product approvals, and required documentation with permitting authorities. * **Specialty Material Purchasing:** Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and purchase specialty finish materials such as porcelain, natural stone, a...
