**Supervisory Responsibilities:** May be responsible for supervision of onsite Managers, Leads and/or other onsite staff, as well as Project Managers within a portfolio structure. **Position Objective:** The Program Manager will work within a management team, and with Portfolio Managers and/or Senior Program Managers. Program Manager is responsible for oversight of contract and financial performance, service delivery, quality management, employee management, organic program business growth, and related proposal development activities. The ideal candidate will identify new relationships and deliver experience to current engagements, providing leadership to ensure that every engagement is successful.
