Purpose: ICM Controls designs and manufactures electronic controls for the HVAC, electrical, marine, refrigeration and appliance markets. We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join the ICM Controls team. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts by leveraging strong analytical and financial modeling skills. You will partner with the Sales and New Product development teams, and with other cross\-functional teams to analyze performance, improve reporting, and provide insights that support the company’s strategic initiatives. You will also be asked to assist in month\-end close activities. Key Responsibilities: New Product Development \& Sales Business Partnering: * Perform financial analysis on New Product Development and provide recommendation based on financial guidelines for Gross Marin, NPV and ROI. * In collaboration with the Sales team, provide Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales forecast by channel. * Provide comparison analysis post launch (business case vs actuals and forecast). * Calculate Sales Representative Commissions, rebate program, and other Customers incentives for month\-end accruals and actuals.
