**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- The Senior Engineering Aide provides critical technical and administrative support to the Electrical Test Engineering team. The aide gathers, formats, and compiles laboratory and material test results, tracks engineering design change data, and manages all test procedures and final test reports through a disciplined vault correspondence process. This process enforces, version‑control standards, and ensures that every document is migrated into Windchill for long‑term storage and traceability. In addition, the aide creates and updates engineering artifacts such as flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics, and prepares correspondence packages for internal and external stakeholders with leadership discretion. A core responsibility is facilitating weekly test‑schedule planning with the Portfolio team, providing deconfliction and providing status updates.
