**Position Summary** ProChem, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Project Procurement \& Coordination Specialist to support our wastewater treatment, water reuse, and industrial process systems projects. This role combines procurement, project coordination, and administrative support responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Fabrication, and Vendors to ensure materials are purchased, tracked, and delivered on time while helping maintain project schedules and documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, solving problems, and helping projects move efficiently from design through startup. This position reports to the Senior Project Engineer in the Water Systems business unit. **Key Responsibilities** * Obtain vendor quotations and compare pricing, lead times, and technical requirements. * Create and manage purchase orders for project materials and equipment. * Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding delivery status, lead times, and shipment schedules. * Expedite critical materials to support fabrication, startup, an...
