### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 * Length: 16 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor \& Delivery position requiring 2\+ years of L\&D experience and multiple obstetric certifications. ### **Details** * Labor \& Delivery unit with facility birth volume of 200\-300 per month * Rotates through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition (no post\-partum) * Day shift schedule, 3x12\-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * 13\-week minimum assignment length * Cerner charting system experience preferred ### **Requirements** * Active TX or compact RN license required * Minimum 2 years of Labor \& Delivery experience required, including ability to circulate and transition babies * Previous charge nurse experience required * Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP * Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM * Experience with IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood and blood product administration, venous blood draws, and IV/infusion pump management required * Experience with antepartum care, high\-risk antepartum, and labor and delivery manag...
