Overview: **PURPOSE STATEMENT:** The Supervisor, Operations is responsible for providing first\-line supervision in the planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling, and oversight of personnel and activities related to propane supply and distribution, tank management, materials, and facilities operations across assigned Neighbor Island location. This position ensures compliance with company policies and applicable Federal, State, and County regulations while providing administrative oversight of operating and maintenance (O\&M) costs and capital projects. The Supervisor promotes a strong safety culture by championing safe work practices, reinforcing safety expectations, and serving as a role model for employees and stakeholders.
