**For questions regarding this position, please contact the Recruiter listed in the Supplemental Information section.** **ABOUT THE POSITION** ---------------------- Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is recruiting a **Certified Hospital Inspector of Record (IOR)** to perform highly specialized technical and administrative duties related to county medical and mental health facility construction and alteration projects. The position is responsible for ensuring that projects under RUHS comply with applicable state requirements and regulations administered by the **California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI)**, formerly known as the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). The position also performs other related duties as assigned. The **Certified Hospital Inspector of Record (HCAI)** reports to the Chief Clinical Integration Officer or designee and serves as the hospital governing board’s designated HCAI\-certified Inspector of Record (IOR).
