**About the Role** iCapital is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take hands\-on ownership of the Salesforce estate, spanning multiple organizations supporting the Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. Working alongside a close\-knit team to drive platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability, this is a role for someone comfortable walking into complexity, assessing it clearly, and building solutions that last. **Responsibilities** * Support daily Salesforce operations, including user requests, ticket resolution, and stakeholder communication. * Lead the assessment, documentation, and enhancement of Salesforce configuration across multiple organizations including environments where formal ownership is being established. * Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user\-friendly solutions. * Configure standard Salesforce tools such as Flows, approval processes, reports and dashboards. * Manage user and license administration (i.e. setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). * Partner with an external delivery partner and progressively take ownership of complex configuration and b...
