**Job Description:** * We’re looking for a Civil Engineer \- Project Manager to join our Civil team. This role expands our project management capacity across a variety of site/civil engineering and land development projects for public and private clients, often involving multi\-disciplinary teams. * Typical project types include multi\-family housing, single\-family subdivisions, commercial, industrial, stormwater retrofit, and mixed\-use residential development. * This position is a great fit for a civil engineer with solid site design experience who likes owning projects from initial concept through permitting and into construction support. * The Project Manager will lead technical design efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies throughout the life of a project. **Key Responsibilities** * Leading site/civil engineering projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction support * Preparing site designs, including grading, layout, utilities, and erosion \& sediment control plans * Designing stormwater management systems * Coordinating multi\-disciplinary teams on land development, stormwater management, a...
