As a Portfolio Analytics \& Strategy Analyst Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling \& Analytics Real Estate Market Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH. As a Portfolio Analytics \& Strategy Analyst within the Real Estate Market Analytics (REMA) group you will be responsible for vetting real estate collateral for potential and existing PNC loans prior to ordering a third\-party appraisal. Emphasis is placed on prospective asset performance due to a large level of new construction lending. Analyst will cross\-check forward\-looking developer proformas with existing market performance using industry leading data sources such as CoStar, CBRE\-EA, MSCI, Yardi Matrix etc. and forecast future results.
