Sarkinen Home Services is a residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pipe lining, and boring company serving Southwest Washington and Oregon. We're adding a plumbing sales rep to our team. This is not a desk job and it's not cold calling. You'll be in customers' homes, diagnosing the problem, laying out options, and closing the work. If you've turned wrenches and you can sell, this is where that combination pays. **What You'll Do** * Run in\-home plumbing sales appointments across our service area * Assess the job, present options from our pricebook, and close * Follow up on open estimates and work the pipeline * Hand off clean, accurate jobs to the install team * Keep your numbers and paperwork current **What You Need** * Plumbing trade experience (required) * In\-home sales experience (required) * Valid driver's license * WA and OR journeyman plumber licenses (strongly preferred) **Pay** * Straight 8% commission on completed revenue, paid every two weeks * Recoverable draw for your first 12 weeks while you build your book * No chargebacks or clawbacks * No cap on calls **What We Provide** * Company vehicle and fuel * Company phone and tablet * Medical and dental fully covered for ...
