**Overview** The newly created Information Technology Director position oversees, maintains and supports all technology\-related aspects for the organization: infrastructure, security, end\-user support, vendor relationships, asset management, and strategic planning. This is a hands\-on role for someone who is equally comfortable presenting a technology roadmap to the Chief Executive Officer in the morning and troubleshooting a Citrix session or Active Directory issue in the afternoon. **The Role** **Infrastructure \& Systems Administration** * Serve as the primary internal liaison to the third\-party managed services provider that hosts and administers the organization's servers and Active Directory environment. While direct AD changes will be handled by the ISP, the incumbent must have sufficient working knowledge of Active Directory to communicate requirements clearly, review proposed changes, and hold the provider accountable. * Understand and monitor the health, performance, and availability of all hosted server and directory environments; escalate issues to the managed services provider and track resolution. * Participate in planning discussions for future server changes, upg...
