Assistant Project Manager – Janitorial Services **Location:** Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia **Company:** STA Contracting, Inc. STA Contracting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help lead janitorial operations at FLETC. This is a hands\-on management position with daily responsibility for coordinating a workforce of approximately 40 employees, maintaining building coverage, resolving service deficiencies, and helping the team meet contract requirements. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with the Project Manager, supervisors, and Quality Control Manager. The right candidate takes ownership of problems, communicates clearly, and works well with others while holding the team accountable for results.
