**Civil Engineer** ================== **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and construction of District facilities and site improvements. This position provides technical guidance, reviews and certifies civil engineering designs, manages professional service contracts, and coordinates permitting for new construction and major renovations. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in developing and reviewing Project Requirement Documents, including project scope, schedules, and interim housing requirements. * Perform complex civil engineering work for District facilities, including scope development, budget preparation, design review, and technical coordination. * Provide technical direction to District personnel, commissioned architects, and consulting engineers regarding District policies, standards, and site development guidelines. * Oversee civil design elements such as grading, paving, fencing, parking layouts, streets, storm drainage, sewer systems, and related site improvements. * Direct the preparation and review of scope documents, topographic surveys, design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. * Ob...
