**What to Expect** As an Associate Manager of Production Control, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing material handing functions at Gigafactory Texas. You will lead a team of Supervisors, Technicians and take a KPI driven approach toward meeting daily operational objectives. In this role, you will work cross\-functionally with inventory control, Production Control processes, Material Planning, NPI, MFE, Quality and various other supply and logistics organizations to solve problems, drive continuous improvement, and to achieve production targets. **What You'll Do*** Manage daily operations (Changes/Trials) through Key Performance Indicators (KPI), problem solving and driving continuous improvement to achieve the KPI targets * Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against aggressive production targets * Create and maintain a culture that prioritizes safety, quality and cost through communication, action, and accountability * Develop process and ensure accurate raw and finished material inventory cycle counts * Implement 5s practices for warehouse and loading areas * Ensure production teams utilize standardi...
