**About Bit Cloud Service Ltd. (BCS)** BCS operates a high\-performance computing facility in Georgia, and is expanding the site into an enterprise data center campus. The build\-out includes a multi\-year construction program and major equipment procurement. We are a lean, fast\-moving team working closely with outside accounting, tax, engineering and construction partners. **About the Role** Our day\-to\-day bookkeeping, month\-end close and tax preparation are handled by an outsourced accounting firm. The Finance Controller will be Minder’s in\-house owner of the numbers: supporting the close, reviewing the outsourced team’s work, and ensuring the financials are accurate, complete and decision\-ready, including the growing volume of construction and capital spend. **Key Responsibilities** * **Close support:** Serve as main point of contact with the outsourced accounting firm; provide close inputs (invoices, contracts, bank/loan and intercompany support, accruals), track open items and supply business context. * **Financial review:** Review monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated statements; perform flux/variance analysis; review key reconciliations, intercompan...
