Your mission: We’re looking for an Accounting Manager (all genders) who will take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations and help develop our reliable, scalable finance setup. You will be the central interface between our internal teams and external accountants, ensure that invoices, payments, approvals, corporate cards, and travel expenses run smoothly, and drive the implementation of our new ERP system across accounting processes. With a hands-on mindset, you will turn clear policies and controls into practical processes that support a fast-growing organization.Your day-to-day:Own the operational accounting setup and ensure that complete, accurate, and timely documentation is available for bookkeeping and period-end closing.Act as the main point of contact for our external accountants in Germany and the Netherlands, coordinate monthly and annual closing activities, resolve accounting questions, and track deliverables and deadlines.Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice intake and validation to account assignment, approval workflows, payment proposals, and payment execution.Maintain efficient and audit-ready approval processes, ensure compliance wi...
