**Job Summary** Mega automotive dealership is looking to fill in a General Accounting Clerk position. Candidate must be detail oriented, proficient with Excel and able to meet tight deadlines. CDK/ADP experience is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience and free parking. **Responsibilities** * Recording new and used vehicle sales transactions to the general ledger system * Journal Entries * Processing Checks * Maintaining Vehicle Inventory Schedules * Preparing Monthly Sales Reports **Skills** * Detail Oriented. * Proficient in Excel. * Ability to meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in accounting software such as CDK and ADP. * Experience with payroll management systems like Paychex or ADP. * Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and supporting audit processes. * 2 years prior accounting experience is preferred.
