While primary to weight loss, this position will support both the weight loss program and the aesthetic program at our medspa. Position Responsibilities * Must be experienced in taking patient vitals and charting. * Must be experienced in giving patient injections. * Must be computer literate and able to learn medspa software to accurately book, change, confirm and cancel appointments * Ensure patient demographics are recorded accurately * Ensure intake paperwork is completed accurately and chart "flow" is organized for a smooth transition from intake to processing to filing * Assist with answering the phone and supporting the front desk as required * Maintain a clean, well\-organized work area * Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment * With cosmetic aesthetics, prepare patient for injections, when required; process loyalty programs, and support the aesthetic injector as needed * Develop a knowledge of all medspa treatments * Solid communicator Experience/Education Successful candidates for this position include Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and LPNs, must show documentation/certification that you are able to provide inject...
