**Position: Maintenance Manager****Company Name: AiLO Logistics****FLSA Status for Employee: Exempt.****Type: Full\-Time.****Location: Compton, CA (Headquarters; On\-site).** **Position Summary:** The Maintenance Manager will report to the Regional Maintenance Manager and will support all duties associated with maintaining company equipment in compliance with the FMCSA, Safety, MOT, and DOT guidelines. This role is responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance for all company equipment. To be successful in this role, candidates must understand a variety of equipment, be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this position will have strong supervisory skills to manage and supervise all maintenance employees including mechanics, technicians, and clerks. **Requirements and Responsibilities:*** Plan and oversee company equipment. * Scheduling PM services on a weekly basis. * Oversee DVIR defects on a weekly basis. * Check Company Mechanics Time Card as required. * Establish and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program that will ensure equipment is kept in complian...
