These accounts are large and complex, often spanning multiple regions, legal entities, and Starlink products. As a **Customer Success Manager, Africa,** you will own a book of existing reseller customers and be responsible for growing the business with them. You will build strong commercial relationships, identify opportunities to expand their use of Starlink, and work through the issues that stand in the way of growth.
