Drive Results.** Our Blood Institute is seeking an experienced **accounting and finance professional** to serve as a key resource for accounting policy implementation, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and organizational planning. This role combines **technical accounting expertise with financial planning and analysis (FP\&A)**. You will analyze financial performance, identify trends and opportunities, support executive decision\-making, and provide financial guidance that helps the organization improve revenue, manage costs, strengthen operations, and plan for the future.
