Our purpose is to provide consistent, quality personal service, be genuinely concerned for our patient’s health, provide our patients with needed health information and always be readily available to our patients. We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and highly motivated Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Director of Operations, located in the state of Iowa. This position will cover Medicap Pharmacy stores throughout the state. **PURPOSE OF POSITION** The Director of Operations is a licensed pharmacist leader responsible for assessing, analyzing, and improving patient outcomes, operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and overall profitability for multiple pharmacy locations. Coach, train, and clearly articulate all aspects of pharmacy operations to pharmacy managers and cultivate a culture of accountability and high\-performance standards across all of our locations.
