Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Budget Analyst to support an active Defense Health Agency (DHA) contract in Orlando, Florida. This is an immediate opening supporting the DHA Medical Simulation and Training Program Management Office (MST PMO). The Budget Analyst provides Federal financial management, budget execution, cost analysis, and financial reporting support to the program office. The position works directly with Government program personnel to develop and track budgets, monitor execution of funds, reconcile financial data, support cost estimates, and prepare financial reports and presentations. This position is onsite in Orlando, Florida and requires an active U.S. Government SECRET clearance. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field. * 4\+ years of experience in Federal or DoD budgeting, cost analysis, or financial management. * Experience with Federal budget formulation and/or budget execution, including tracking commitments, obligations, expenditures/disbursements, and available funding. * Experience preparing or supporting IGCEs, ROMs, cost estimates, budget plans, or execution p...
