**Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced and hands\-on Facility Manager to assess the day\-to\-day maintenance, operations, and facility needs of three locations. This position will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, well\-maintained, operational, and compliant while providing strong leadership to a team of maintenance and facility personnel. The ideal candidate is a working leader who is comfortable troubleshooting and completing hands\-on repairs, particularly in electrical and drywall, while also having the ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and lead a team across multiple facilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the day\-to\-day facility and maintenance operations for three locations. * Lead, schedule, train, coach, and develop facility/maintenance team members. * Assign work orders and ensure maintenance requests are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. * Perform and oversee hands\-on maintenance and repairs, including: * + Electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical repairs + Drywall repair, patching, finishing, and painting + General building maintenance + Plumbing and HVAC troubleshooting as needed + Doors, locks, fixt...
