**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager for the Logistics \& Sustainment Engineering ILS team. Our team is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing ILS activities for IRST / Legion Programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading engineering project execution and integrated logistics support across development, production, and sustainment phases. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Lead in‑plant and offsite engineering teams to deliver program objectives. * Manage cost accounts, earned value, budgeting, and variance analysis. * Oversee contract data deliverables and sustainment support for multiple customers. * Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle. * Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with production, procurement, quality, and senior leadership.
