**Position Summary** The Projects \& Facilities Specialist supports construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion. This role helps coordinate project schedules, permits, documentation, and vendor activities while also serving as a point of contact for facility maintenance and repair requests. The Specialist works with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to help ensure projects and facility needs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. **What You'll Do** Support multiple construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.Help manage permits, inspections, and required approvals. Keep project files, contracts, and documentation organized and up to date. Visit project sites to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
