**Location:** Tulsa, OK 74103 **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** $51,000 per year **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday \| 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM (with nights and weekends as operational needs require) Position Overview Diamond Security USA is seeking an organized, hands\-on Security Operations Manager to coordinate daily operations, staffing, compliance, and service quality across assigned contracts in the Tulsa area. This role is responsible for keeping teams properly staffed, ensuring personnel meet assignment requirements, and addressing operational issues before they affect service delivery. The Operations Manager works closely with field employees, site supervisors, clients, and district leadership to maintain consistent performance and dependable coverage. The successful candidate will combine practical leadership with strong planning, documentation, and problem\-solving skills to support workforce readiness, contract expectations, and employee development.
