**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Ring's mission is to make neighborhoods safer, and businesses are an integral part of it. The Amazon Key and Ring teams empower customers to seamlessly manage access to their homes and businesses. We are looking for a results\-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation for Ring Business and build a repeatable engine that acquires new business customers at scale. This is a builder's role. Business demand does not always exist, in many of our segments it has to be created. You will own the full demand funnel across both established and new channels, deciding where to invest, what to test, and what to scale. You will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a sprint\-based approach: form a hypothesis, run a tightly\-scoped test, read the data, and double down or kill it fast. You will: i) own and execute the Ring Business demand generation strategy across the funnel; ii) stand up, test, and scale new acquisition channels; iii) run a rigorous test\-and\-learn operating cadence; and iv) deliver the reporting and insight that steers investment.
