Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Development, the Senior Director of Development (Sr. DoD) serves as a key member of UCLA Anderson's development team and directly supervises professional staff responsible for implementing and administering assigned fundraising programs. Leading the school's Major Giving team, the Sr. DoD designs and develops fundraising objectives and, through subordinate professional staff, implements and evaluates activities supporting established unit goals. The position selects, trains, directs, evaluates and motivates staff; coordinates work assignments and project priorities; and ensures accountability for assigned operational, financial and human resources. In partnership with the Executive Director of Development and the Senior Associate Dean of External Affairs, the Sr. DoD develops and executes short\- and long\-term fundraising strategies within established priorities to support the school's vision and strategic plan.
