**Position Summary** Blue Kangaroo Packoutz (BKP) is seeking a General Manager to lead day\-to\-day operations of our contents restoration business out of our Randolph, NJ facility. Reporting to Ownership, the General Manager owns full accountability for the location — operations, financials, staffing, and performance — and is responsible for delivering the forecasted business plan while delivering great customer service to clients, referral partners and insurance carriers. This role is the operational backbone of BKP: the person the team turns to for real\-time decisions on project management questions, warehouse and storage logistics, and day\-to\-day problem\-solving — all while delivering the financial expectations of the company. Ownership is focused on territory expansion, sales, and marketing/referral relationships; the General Manager owns everything required to execute against that growth internally.
