**What We Are Looking For:** BDI seeks a hands\-on Senior Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, tax filings and compliance, government contracting compliance, and the finance team. The role ensures reliable financial information and strong controls while partnering with leadership on project performance, working capital, and growth. Success requires deep knowledge of project\-based professional services and federal contracting, particularly FAR cost principles and indirect overhead rates. This hands\-on role reports to the CEO and works closely with senior leadership. Federal government contracting and project\-based AEC experience are particularly important; private equity experience is preferred. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Accounting and reporting: Lead accounting operations, GAAP financial statements, balance\-sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and timely monthly/year\-end closes.
