Description

The **Home Adaptations Project Manager** is responsible for the successful execution of assigned Home Adaptations projects from intake through closeout. The position coordinates participants, providers, PA Health and Wellness, subcontractors, and internal team members to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program requirements. The Project Manager owns project scope, schedule, communication, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and closeout for assigned work. The role works closely with the Home Adaptations Functional Lead, Program Manager, Construction Manager, and Accounting, and escalates technical, compliance, client, or schedule concerns when additional support is needed.
