Director of Finance Job Description LOCATION: South Bend, IN or Chicago, IL (with travel as required) Hybrid REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) COMPANY OVERVIEW We are a manufacturing and sales group headquartered in the United States, with manufacturing facilities strategically located in both the US and China mainland. Our products are distributed across major US regions, Japan, India and Europe. As we continue to scale our business footprint and optimize our cross\-border operations, we are seeking a highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and bilingual Finance Director to establish our corporate financial framework and drive operational excellence. The Finance Director will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will build the corporate financial framework, lead ERP selection and implementation, and provide financial insights to support operations and growth.
