**Job Function** ---------------- Formulates, administers, and evaluates institution\-wide grant strategies, policies, and priorities. Provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight of the Grants Office, directing grant development, administration, compliance, and performance management to strengthen organizational capacity, expand funding opportunities, and advance institutional excellence and long\-term sustainability. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Provides leadership and strategic direction for the Grants Office. * Reviews, prepares, and analyzes grant and contract proposals, and provides support to college administrators and managers to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and guidelines. * Leads the coordination of all aspects of proposal development with appropriate college personnel and departments, including the development of proposal budgets. * Provides oversight of activities related to identifying and pursuing external funding opportunities that support college\-wide goals and priorities. * Hires, plans, directs, reviews, and evaluates the work of external consultants engaged in proposal development for the College, as appropr...
