**JOB DESCRIPTION** The **PROJECT MANAGER** will have responsibility for the overall supervision of engineering projects or project elements which are assigned. The Project Manager will assure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement with the client, that the project is completed within the defined timeframe and within the determined budget. Plans and develops surveying projects concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major organization programs. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of concepts and approaches. The Project Manager shall maintain liaison with individuals within and outside the organization, with responsibility for acting independently. Work at this level requires extensive progressive experience.
