**Job Overview** As a Pharmacist, you’ll bring clinical expertise and careful judgment to medication management in a retail setting. You’ll support safe medication use across acute care services. We're looking to hire a PIC (Pharmacist In\-Charge) and as such we need someone who is aware of the duties that follow. **Duties** * Review medication orders and patient information; recommend and monitor pharmacotherapy based on patient needs. * Maintain pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and follow drug regulation, retail policies, and medication\-use standards. * Document clinical recommendations in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and pharmacy information systems (PIS); provide patient service and precepting as assigned. * Opening and closing the pharmacy every day. * Being a PIC means having your name associated with every aspect of the business. **Requirements** * Required: Current authorization to practice as a pharmacist and knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacotherapeutics, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. * Required: Clinical pharmacy skills, patient assessment, and understanding of medication safety and regulatory compliance.
