The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) is hiring a **Student Development Manager** to manage the initial lease\-up of owner\-managed student housing communities within the TDC portfolio. This position reports to the National Director of Student Development and will oversee the implementation of brand awareness, marketing, and pre\-leasing strategies at development properties. The Student Development Manager will work closely with the National Director of Student Development, Strategy Manager, and Marketing team to ensure consistent implementation of TDC policies, procedures, and lease\-up strategies. **Core Responsibilities** The Student Development Manager will lead the lease\-up efforts at development properties within The Dinerstein Companies’ growing portfolio of student housing communities. This role assumes ongoing relocation to new markets and may at times require work on more than one lease\-up, based on market\-specific timing and property delivery schedules.
