Role Summary: We’re looking for a strategic and highly operational **Studio Manager** to lead the Studio teams across our growing store infrastructure. This is a multi\-location leadership role responsible for creating consistency, accountability, and excellence across the FP Movement studio experience. Rather than managing a single studio, this person will manage and develop the Studio Managers who lead each individual location. You’ll be responsible for translating the broader studio vision into clear operating standards, supporting studios in their day\-to\-day leadership, and identifying opportunities to improve how our studios operate, deliver programming, and engage with their local communities. The ideal candidate is an exceptional people leader who can move seamlessly between big\-picture strategy and operational detail.
